Keith Daniel, CPA

keith_danielKeith is a Manager in the Audit and Assurance Services group and he is the firms's Healthcare and Service Practice Leader. He is a graduate of Georgia State University.  Prior to joining HLB Gross Collins, P.C., Keith spent 10 years in public accounting and another 12 years as the CFO of a multi-national manufacturing and distribution company.  Keith has held board appointments on a national Political Action Committee and a foreign corporation.  He is currently serving as a board member of a regional healthcare provider.

 

Specialized Services

Keith provides audit, advisory, attestation and other assurance services for privately-held businesses and non-profit organizations. He has been involved with companies in the manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, hospitality, construction, insurance and service industries.  He has also assisted companies in the international area.  His international experience include working with companies from Mexico, United Kingdom Italy, Germany, Brazil, Honduras, Guatemala, Costa Rica and various Caribbean countries. Keith’s background as a Chief Financial Officer in industry and his financial knowledge provide a tremendous value to clients in the areas of internal control reviews, consulting, general business advice, and accounting services.  He focuses on planning for companies in order to enhance profitability and maximize financial success. 

In addition to Keith’s responsibilities as a manager in the audit and assurance group, he leads the firm’s Service Industry Segment.

  

Community Involvement

 

Keith has served as a trustee on various charitable organizations including the Fraternal Order of Eagles and the Benevolent Protective Order of Elks. These programs serve underprivileged children throughout the state of Georgia. Keith has also sponsored many mentoring programs that target inner-city youths who are challenged with the ever-present threat of gang activity and abuse.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
