Director of Marketing, Kristin Laconi, began her career with HLB Gross Collins, P.C. in 1994.  She was the firm's Marketing Coordinator for several years before leaving the firm to raise children. She remained active in the firm's marketing efforts on a part-time basis throughout the past several years.  During that time, Kristin was responsible for editing and publishing the firm's newsletter, writing press releases and other public relations material, managing and updating the firm's website, and developing the firm's social media assets. In addition she has played a key role in the production of The Gross Reality radio show, and she been responsible for managing Business Builders Team, LLC which is the firm's program of educational business seminars and resources.

As Director of Marketing for the firm, Kristin is responsible for the overall marketing objectives of the firm, including the above-mentioned responsibilities as well as pipeline management, facilitation of our industry-specific service areas and their respective marketing objectives, event planning, promotional materials, client proposals, and other business growth opportunities. She is is responsible for planning, budgeting, implementing and tracking results of all marketing efforts within the firm.

Kristin is a graduate of Indiana University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in journalism and a minor in business with a concentration in marketing.  She is married and has three children.
