Tom is the lead Principal of the firm's international niche. He has a vast array of experience in consulting, tax planning and attestation services for international businesses, privately held companies, and not-for-profit organizations. Tom has served companies throughout the United States, Western Europe, Asia, and in Central and South America. Tom specializes in consulting with business owners and management teams to help grow their existing entity and maximize profits. He works closely with his clients to develop a tax planning strategy to defer potential tax liabilities and assists clients with corporate finance and treasury functions. Additionally, Tom has expertise in guiding clients during the purchase or sale of a business entity.
