Jennifer joined HLB Gross Collins, P.C. in 2005.  She graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in accounting and a Masters of Accountancy in taxation. Her skills and experience are concentrated in the international, service, technology and healthcare industries.

Specialized Services

Jennifer works closely with many companies doing business internationally. She works with US subsidiaries of large, foreign-owned businesses and assists her US clients with expanding abroad. She also assists newly formed US subsidiaries in starting their US operations. For all clients, she assists in structuring their transactions and works with their local accountants to minimize their tax burdens while ensuring compliance on complex international issues.

Jennifer also assists many closely held domestic companies with businesses and individual tax issues. She provides clients with strategic tax planning services to help them achieve both their business and personal goals.

Professional Memberships and Awards

 Jennifer is a member of the AICPA and the Georgia Society of CPAs. Jennifer serves as Treasurer of the Belgian American Chamber of Commerce. She is active in the French-American Chamber of Commerce, the Danish-American Chamber of Commerce, the German-American Chamber of Commerce and The Netherlands-American Chamber of Commerce.
