Tom Breedlove, CPA

Tom is the firm's International Practice Leader. He has a vast array of experience in consulting, tax planning and attestation services for international businesses, privately held companies and not-for-profit organizations.  Tom has served companies throughout the United States, Western Europe, Asia, Central America and South America. Tom specializes in consulting with business owners and management teams to help grow their existing entity and maximize profits.   He works closely with his clients to develop a tax planning strategy to defer potential tax liabilities and assists clients with corporate finance and treasury functions. Additionally, Tom has expertise in guiding clients during the purchase or sale of a business entity.

Tom is a member of the Board of Advisers for the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Directors for the British American Business Group. Tom is also an active member of the HLB USA Audit and Assurance group and HLB International.  He is active in many international business organizations including The Global Commerce Council of the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, The British American Business Group Trade Committee, The Netherlands-American Chamber of Commerce, The German American Chamber of Commerce and the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

Tom is a member of the American Institute for Certified Public Accountants, the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the University of Georgia Alumni Association.
